About the Moot Court Competition

Moot court is a unique competition where law students learn through simulation of court-room environment; they research, analyze, prepare written submissions, and present oral arguments before Judges. Moot Court Competition is an emerging field of law and its robust enforcement becomes a prerequisite for ensuring that the economic environment remains competitive, and business deals adhere to the principles of fair competition and do not distort the market. Law schools play a significant role in this regard by nurturing the growth of the subject through their curriculum & other events and also by suggesting appropriate reforms in law. With the aim of fostering quality research and debate on socio-economic matters, The Auro Litigiosus Committee, School of Law, AURO University, in collaboration with the Competition Commission of India is organizing 7th AURO National Moot Court Competition 2021.

This year the problem is related to the Blockchain technology in the Banking Sector. The spurt in the growth of technology has made communication both more convenient as well as complex. We, therefore invite law students from across the country to engage in the Moot competition on Competition Law in the field of Banking Sector AURO University takes immense pleasure to announce its 7th AURO National Moot Court Competition, 2021 from 2nd April, 2021 to 4th April, 2021.

ABOUT THE UNIVERSITY
